Reimbursement Form

Use this form to request reimbursement for items purchased for the PTO. *The PTO can not reimburse you for tax on purchases. Please make sure to use our 501(c)(3) form when making purchases.

We appreciate the teachers and staff of Ironia Elementary School. As part of our goals, we will be donating a budgeted amount of grants each year to teachers and staff who qualify. The Grant application must be submitted, reviewed, and accepted or denied within the PTO's fiscal year. 

The Grant requires that the purpose of the grant will benefit student life at Ironia, and fulfill an academic, physical, social, or emotional need within Ironia.  

A committee made up of the Administrative Vice President, the President, and additional parents of Ironia students will review all applications.
