Holiday Shop

The HOLIDAY SHOP is coming - December 5th through December 9th.  It's hard to believe, but the winter holidays will soon be here.  And that means the PTO Holiday Shop committee has been busy preparing to offer your children a special shopping experience - a chance to shop independently and surprise loved ones with a special gift they picked and purchased all by themselves.

With just a couple of exceptions, most classrooms will have children visit the Shop during one of their recess periods the week of December 5th. Checks and cash will be accepted - we do not have the ability to accept credit cards, and each child must pay individually. Self-sealing gift bags will be provided so children can wrap their gifts to surprise family or friends. Please watch for more information as the dates approach.

In order to offer a great shopping experience to the children, we are in need of adult volunteers to assist the shoppers, help with checkout, keep the Shop neat and stocked with merchandise, and package up purchases to deliver to classrooms. Most "shifts" are an hour & a half long to assist with three successive class visits. If you are able to volunteer, please contact Sharon Alessandra or Kathy Melly.

Barnes and Noble Bookfair

Save the date for the 11th Annual Barnes & Noble Book Fair - to be held Wednesday, December 7th from 4-8pm at the Morris Plains store.   Join us for teacher readings, arts & crafts and other fun activities. Watch for more details and an agenda of the day's activities.
